I didn't see a bug report for this yet, but I'm getting the same panic. I'm on 
svn131. It appears to be caused by large continuous file transfers on my end.

The system reboots after this but networking has to be manually restarted 
(VMWare oddities).

I thought it was related to long uptimes, but this last period between panics 
was only 5 days or so.
