Hi Jennifer,

Sorry for the lack of responses lately. It looks to be an issue with the type 
of checksum algorithm used, but I'm still not certain if it's an issue on our 
end. I reached out to the engineering team early last week with my analysis and 
some questions. I bumped the thread with them on Monday and they informed me 
that they're looking into it. I'm currently awaiting their response.
