Secret agent sends Garuda letter on Munir flight JAKARTA (JP): Former Garuda Indonesia president Indra Setiawan admitted that he received a letter from an official at the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) that asked him to appoint Pollycarpus Budihari Prijanto a safety officer in a flight that led to the death of human rights activist Munir. Indra told a court hearing on Wednesday that it was normal for his firm to receive such a letter as he also got similar letter from various ministries previously. Indra said he received the letter from an official at the BIN in April 2004, but he had lost it. Pollycarpus is accused of killing Munir.(
