The .ttl files are lv2 manifest files. Very weird that it tries to oad them from those places. Almost sounds like the LV2 search path is wrong, and no, I don't know how lv2 "world" finds the directories. This at least worked always fine for me. Those directories are completely wrong for normal LV2 installations.
