Don't use Cinelerra to output raw DV (.dv). Use a container, preferably Quicktime (.mov), and render DV in that. Cinelerra's raw DV support is broken. Really!
Well, if my hard disk is large enough to contain the output DV file (the DVD will be 1h30 long).
