Hello there,
I have to insert around 150 pictures in an existing project, which
contains around 30 tracks. I would like to know what's the best way to
do that, because I think the method I use is very long :
- I select ALL tracks -> I have to click on "Arm track" on each track,
and that's really boring,
- I create an IN and OUT point
- I paste silence (Shift-Space)
- I deselect ALL tracks -> another long and boring time
- I create a new video track
- I load the picture
- I apply a "Freeze frame" effect
Go to Preferences ("Recording", section "Images"), you can set the default
duration of a picture there (if you are using the community version). Then
you can grab the out point of the edit and modify its length.
Apparently, this feature is not as discoverable we had hoped.
Wouldn't it be more appropriate in the file load dialog?
