Only DV can be put into the raw-dv container.
But actually, any transcoding (or repacking in this case) should be
avoided if possible, since it takes time and doubles the required disk
space.

What I have in my mind is a method to open the xml file and let the
decoder lib find all associated streams.

From looking at another P2 sample, it seems, that the MXF files for
the A/V streams usually have an index, which makes extracting the
frames by the decoder even easier. Now we only have to wait until
libavcodec gets support for these better DV variants.
