ffmpeg can open the file and transcode it, gmerlin.sf.net can even play it (Linux on a Macbook dual core). However, Cinelerra crashes when I hand it the file.Wouldn't be possible to just at least make an automatic and smaller proxy file of a file when importing it into Cinelerra and then use the original file when rendering?
