cinelerra-cv is available in the kwizart repository as cinelerra-cv review for RPM Fusion is here: https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118 bug should be reported on the review until the package is approved. atrpms isn't compliant with both Fedora and RPM Fusion. if you have mixed packages with this "monkey repository" you can re-install your system.
