Hello
All of enviroment values are wholly normal no temporary peaks...
I think not this is why i got this messages. I think this is a ram or
HW error, but i have 6 cards and i don't know which one may have this
problem. I got this error 5 times in the last 3 month...

I would have guessed that this was a physical memory defect but a quick
trip to the output interpreter lists the following heat-related
explanation:
ERROR MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS (if any)
%SIBYTE-DFC9-3-CORRECTABLE_ECC_ERR: correctable ECC error has occurred
Explanation: This error message appears because some linecards or
modules have
been provisioned with an Error Correction Circuit (ECC) that detects and
corrects
some type of errors when the information passes through them. The message
'correctable
ECC error has occurred...' is simply to notify that this type of error
is encountered
and corrected.
Recommended Action: Eliminate any possible conditions that cause high
temperature.
Check if any airflow vents are blocked by dust. Check if there is any
device next
to the switch that blows hot air into the switch. Check the temperature
of the
room. Ensure that the environment around the switch is cool. To see if
the sensor
works well, try it with the cooling system turned on beside the fan
tray. Use the
command 'show environment status all' and observe whether there is a
change in
temperature. To view the acceptable temperature and voltage parameters
use the
command 'show environment alarm threshold'. To view the acceptable
temperature
and voltage parameters, use the 'show environment table' command. To
return to
normal parameters for temperature related measurements ensure that the
device is
installed in:.
1. A site with a dry, clean, well-ventilated and air-conditioned area.
Ensure that the air conditioner works correctly.
2. A site that maintains an ambient temperature of 32 to 104: F (0 to
40: C).
3. Install the system in an open rack whenever possible. If installation
in an
enclosed rack is unavoidable, ensure that the rack has adequate
ventilation.
4. Maintain ambient airflow to ensure normal operation. If the airflow
is
blocked or restricted, or if the intake air is too warm, an over
temperature
condition occurs.
5. Allow at least 6 inches (15.24 cm) of clearance around the
ventilation
openings of the chassis.
6. Avoid placing the system in an overly congested rack or directly next
to
another equipment rack. Heat exhaust from other equipment can enter
the inlet air vents and cause an over temperature condition.
7. Equipments near the bottom of a rack generate excessive heat that is
drawn upward and into the intake ports of the equipment above. The
warm
air causes an over temperature condition in the equipment above.
8. Ensure that cables from other equipment do not obstruct the airflow
through
the chassis or impair access to the power supplies or cards. Route
cables
away from field replaceable components are provided in order to avoid
unnecessary disconnection of cables for equipment maintenance or
upgrades.
9. If the module temperature sensor does not recover by itself then plan
a
downtime and power cycle the module.
ERROR: No Error message was found.
TRY THIS: Ensure that the error message has the following format:
%FACILITY-SEVERITY-MNEMONIC:
Some examples would be:
%SYS-2-MALLOCFAIL:
%PIX-1-103001:
Resubmit the output as necessary.

How can i know which card send this messages? What can i do?
Thanks
