Tried a /112, same problem.

I wonder if the issue is recirculation. I already need "mls mpls
tunnel-recir" to support IPv4 traffic crossing the tunnel. Given that
IPv6 requires recirculation for regular forwarding, is there a limit
to the amount of recirc that can take place?

Perhaps I'm trying to do something weird that no one else has tried...

Do you need the "tunnel mode ipv6ip" on the tunnel interface perhaps?
