Is it as easy as that? Can we just insert an adapter cable to convert from coax to RJ45 and then use e.g. the NM-CEM-4TE1?
Yes. Cisco also has such cables eg. I think CAB-ADPT-75-120 was the part number, but I guess it will be much cheaper if you get a eg. Krone
