php-syslog-ng was changed to logzilla, although I think that google-code
site still looks active.  I have one client with about 40 switches that
asked for this application, and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that ever
looks at the logs.  It is running on a physical (non-VM) CentOS host, and I
find it usable, useful and stable.

It has a licensing model, but is free for low log rates.
