I would try a remove and reseat.
This module has a DFC so the problem COULD be the DFC rather than the line card.
You may want to try reseating the DFC while you are working on the card.
If reseating the DFC and the line card doesn't fix it then the card or DFC is 
toast.
Depending on your warranty or service contract, I would try to RMA if reseating 
doesn't help.

I have read in many earlier threads it could be the SUP the chassis and just a 
simple reseating of the card.
