The auto-attendant (Unity Connection) is out of the picture by the time the transfer occurs. I thought I'd include that as path information.
This happens with both blind (unsupervised, hanging up after pressing XFER and number) and supervised. I was wondering if it had to do with something about the redirecting IE or something like that on the gateway, but everything else works fine, forwarding, SNR, etc. I'm wondering if it's just a limitation of the system and off-net to off-net transfers.
