Hello,

We're seeing a weird issue after a recent migration to SIP trunks for some of 
our offices.  The MOH is set to silent for both internal and external callers 
in CUCM via the Common Device Config.  This works fine for internal calls but 
plays hold tones for external callers.  I've done some research on this and it 
appears to be related to having a SIP trunk versus a traditional T1.  I just 
can't find anything that definitively says what it is.  Has anyone experienced 
this and found a fix?
