I know in RMOM you can xmodem over the ios.  I just took a quick look and
the xmodem command does not exists in the IOS.  I dont think there are
provisions for transferring a file over the console cable.  You can "play"
back a text file using HyperTerminal.  But this is a feature of
HyperTerminal and not of the router.  I also think that config manager (not
config maker) may have been able to "play" back a text file.
