Tony,

Unless you have ospf network types broadcast or non broadcast defined
(ethernet, nbma) you will not have DR/BDR election and LSA type 2's
(network LSA's) like
Scott mentioned.

Router F will know about routerA and the others through their router
LSA's beeing
flooded by the other routers until they reach routerF (if your drawing
represents
a single ospf area). If you have multiple areas then the ABR's will
create summary LSA's describing how to reach the networks attached to
routerA and others.
As for eigrp it works differently and works more like a normal distance
vector
protocol when sending out reachability information.

I would recommend you read the RFC or other available info on cisco.com
if you want
more details :)
