I need some help here. I am setting up a homelab with a 2501 and a 2502. I
have 2 CSU/DSUs also. I think I have an error in the wiring. The 2 csu's use
pin 1and 2 for transmit and 7 and 8 for receive. What I have done is crossed
thes pins 1 to 8 and 2 to 7 I've also tried 1 to 7 and 2 to 8 but I get the
same thing. One of the CSU's has carrier and transfer illuminated and the
other one has all of the opposite lights illuminated. The timing is set as
internal and reply as the instruction booklet states it should be. It's
pretty frustrating. Can someone who has done this help me out?
The interface configuration on the router is real simple frame-relay setup
mapped, both DTE.
oh and the CSU/DSUs are set for synchronous 56K.
