Also another good free tool is called MRTG but I don't think that test
bandwidth to the internet like this link...
http://computingcentral.msn.com/category/internet/ click on check your
speed.. I don't think its very accurate at all though but give it a try.
You can also go to www.msn.com and click on computers then on internet to
get to the same place.
