I recommend Christian Huitema "Routing in the Internet". Gives an excellent,
in-depth (and very detailed) overview of all TCP/IP routing protocols,
including RIP, OSPF, IGRP, E-IGRP, EGP, BGP. I cannot recommend it highly
enough.
