I don't know of any formal study groups that have been set up in Alberta - however, 
you may want to contact the local Cisco office in Calgary for such information.  Both 
Edmonton and Calgary's Cisco offices tend to keep tabs on who is doing what.  In 
addition, both offices have also been quite active in helping Cisco customers learn 
about/keep up with Cisco technology having established monthly Cisco User Group 
meetings.
