Could you make do with time-based ACLs, and just deny all
traffic between 6pm and 8am ? Seem to remember Chuck Larrieu
posted on this a couple weeks back, and they're prolly in
the book by Kent Hundley too (hint: check the archives...)
If you've *got* to shut the int, I'd start looking at 'cron'
and a telnet 'expect' script (under Unix), or maybe
'at' and 'winbatch' on a Wintel box ?
