You could write a simple script to do this and put it in a Cron job,
(assuming you are Linux/Unix literate) but there is no facility on the
router to perform this specific function.

If the issue is that you don't want people accessing the router between
those times and your using IP or IPX, you could use time-based
access-lists to stop all traffic between those times.  Here's a pointer
to information on time-based access-lists that might meet your needs:
