CBT sdhould be used as an additional tool to aid study.  You really cant
beat the classroom environment but a good book can deliver much needed
information better than a CBT (you can highlight sections of a book, and all
of the CBT's I have used do not have an INDEX).

I used the CBT systems (www.cbtlive.com) to assist in my CCDA,  ACRC, BCRAN
and BCMSN.  I also used the study notes from the classroom courses, the
official Ciscopress books (and others like Sybex and Coroilis) and went on a
couple of the official training courses.

Everyone is different but I would advise getting one of the exam cram type
books to consolodate the CBT course.
