With DSL, you're gonna be sharing the network with some
other companies/people/entities.  So you have security issues
(put a firewall at each office) and bandwidth issues (you
won't always get the max bw, you often won't care tho
since the peak bw is relatively high).

With ISDN you get security (point-to-point, relatively 
difficult to 'tap') and guaranteed bandwidth (128Kb for 2B).
OTOH, you probably get /less/ bw, and get to pay more, than
for DSL.   A tradeoff with the cost of your firewalls, maybe.
