1) You can use an ISDN simulator, but from previous groupstudy discussion I
believe it is generally cheaper to get a real ISDN line. I'm not aware of any
other way of faking ISDN.
2) This is much easier :-) You can use a Cisco router as a frame relay switch.
Check the archives - it's been discussed lots before - sample configs etc etc
are all there. You can also do frame relay back to back between two routers but
that won't give you as much opportunity to play.
Sorry, can't give more info - gotta go and do some real work :-)

Subject: ISDN/Frame Relay simulation
1) How can I simulate ISDN without using a real ISDN line (I don't have
one)?
2) How can I simulate frame relay? Do I need a particular type of router,
FR switch?
I have 2x 2503 and 1x 2501. I know the commands, but don't know how to
'fake'
these connection types @ home.
Any help, URLS etc much appreciated.
