I also had this same problem this weekend with a new to me (used and cleared
configuration) router (2501). I followed some good advice given here on
groupstudy and downloaded teraterm from download.com. all my problems went
away when using tera term instead of hyperterm. I was stumped. Thanx for the
good advice everyone.
