Hi, I am the guy who couldn't figure out his MSFC problem for the 6500's. That problem was solved by RTFM. I failed to configure VLAN 1 properly for HSRP, and so my gateway would not work. Anyhow. My Server Farm I broke down into to separate units. One for the IP servers, and one for the IPX servers. We run Novell 4.11 as a series of File Servers. My problem is I don't want my 6500's to be a great big flat switch by enabling bridging on it, yet when I put in an IPX Helper-address my machines still cannot log in, or see the Novell servers. Are there any suggestions on what to do. CCO has very limited information about IPX configurations, and that which I found said turn on bridging. Thanx for all your help from a desperate geek.
