Peter,
OK - the first thing you need to do. View your IP routing table and see
if there are two routes to the same destination via OSPF
(to the destination site). If so, check to ensure that the metrics are the
same. If so, remove your static route.
*OSPF will automatically load balance on up to 4 equal cost paths.
As far as the large routing tables on the B and C routers - you can
summarize the routes coming into router A. - This is the
preferred and recommended method.

Routing protocol in use on router A is OSPF.
Routers B and C are not under my control, and while they too use OSPF, I
would
prefer to use static routes to the destination networks, as they have LARGE
amounts of routing entries.
The two serial links from B and C are both FR T1's.

Sure, you definitely can, part of the config would depend on what routing
protocol you're running - are the
routes the same cost? (What is the speed of the circuits between B and the
final destination, and C and the
final destination. Post that info and I'm sure we can hook you up with a
configuration.

Subject: Load Balancing between two routers
I have three routers connected via token ring, A, B, & C.
Routers B & C both have serial links to the same location.
Can I configure router A to balance the traffic between routers R & C.
Currently using static routes in A to send traffic to B only.
Thanks!
