Hi,
We have a cisco 1720 router that needs the IOS upgraded to 12.1 and
currently has 12.0. Could someone give me a quick run down on the commands
that are needed as I only have a brief idea how it is done.
eg:
copy tftp flash
conf t
boot system flash 12.1.watever
reload ?

P.S I'm aware I can get the TAC to help me do this.
