You pretty much have it there... after the copy tftp flash you will be
prompted for the TFTP server info, and file name to copy and it's desination
name.
Now rather you are going to have more than one image in flash complicates
things a little. You will be asked if you want to erase the current flash or
not. If you have the room in flash for both images then there is no need to
erease the current flash file system. If you have more than one image in
flash you will want to specify which to boot with boot system flash
filename.
After you have the flash copied and any boot commands config'ed just do the
reload.
