On a production network, with NAT overload, that may not be sufficient.
In the worst case, connect over the physical console, shutdown your
interfaces, remove any ip nat static definitions and pools, then clear
ip nat trans *. At that point you should be able to remove any
remaining pools/statics and the ip nat inside|outside configurations.
