Allow incoming connections to 195.210.22.4 from outside for echo-replies and
echo-requests.

> What does the following lines mean:
> outbound   1 permit 195.2.0.1 255.255.255.192 0 icmp
> outbound   1 permit 195.2.0.1 255.255.255.192 8 icmp

Permit outbound echo replies (type 0)
Permit outbound echo requests(type 8)
