I keep a private-list like this as well. I like to group them by functional importance to my line of work... e.g. NOC/Contact-related, IP/ASN-related, DNS-related, ISP-Backbone, BGP, Security, NAT, IPSec, NMS, Testing, etc... if you are interested in a particular category, let me know. I also include relevant internet-drafts (both expired and current) along with the RFC's. I find the internet-drafts to have the most historical and timely value, especially along with the STD, BCP, and FYI RFC's. This tool has been tremendously useful when acquiring this sort of information: http://www.dewn.com/rfc/ I believe there are other similar tools (e.g. rfcget) that accomplish the same. -dre Message Posted at: http://www.groupstudy.com/form/read.php?f=7&i=71309&t=71276 -------------------------------------------------- FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
