I keep a private-list like this as well.  I like to group them by functional
importance to my line of work... e.g. NOC/Contact-related, IP/ASN-related,
DNS-related, ISP-Backbone, BGP, Security, NAT, IPSec, NMS, Testing,
etc... if you are interested in a particular category, let me know.

I also include relevant internet-drafts (both expired and current) along
with
the RFC's.  I find the internet-drafts to have the most historical and
timely
value, especially along with the STD, BCP, and FYI RFC's.

This tool has been tremendously useful when acquiring this sort of
information:

I believe there are other similar tools (e.g. rfcget) that accomplish the
same.
