If you have only one type of load then thats all you have to take, but in
your case you can find the load for both. . . remember that a serial link is
full duplex  so you can actually recieve and send at the same time.  That
will help you find out the load of your transmit (txload) and recieve
(rxload) at the same time.  In the example output you gave there is no load
becaue both are at 1.

Another good thing to look at is your 5 minute input output rate.  By
looking at yours its easy to see that you have very little trafic on that
line at all.

Easy enough to check.  Do a sho int s0, and look at the load.  Take that # /
# and divide them.  That will give u the utilization on that line.
