The 506 was discontinued, but it didn't really go away. It was replaced by the 506E. The same goes for the 515 (replaced by the 515E). Information on all of the current PIX firewalls is located at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/index.html.
