Well, I don't know about NORMAL ...  perhaps you meant to say that it is to 
be expected...?   ; )

Khalid, if you were to wipe the OS off a hard drive the computer would 
return the 'non-system disk' error on boot, right?  The router is telling 
you the same thing.  Be sure to set the router to boot from tftp next time 
you need to wipe the flash.

Your options now are to borrow the flash from another router, put the memory 
into another router (That IS set to boot from TFTP) and reload the IOS or to 
upload your IOS back using X-modem.
