Boy, I HATE it when that happens.

My personal favorite way to get a password reset is to go to this site:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/474/

The articles do mention that there is an issue with getting the break 
sequence to work with certain terminal programs.

If all else fails, and you have the hyperterm that ships with NT 4.0, you 
should upgrade it to the term on cisco's web site or to the latest one off 
the web.
