The Prep book says IEEE 802.3 is more popular (pg. 14, seventh line from
bottom) but Cisco router is default to ARPA (Ethernet_II)?
I believe Windows network is using 802.3 and it is not changeable. Correct
me if I am wrong please. This ethernet encapsulation thing is driving me
nuts. Every book talks about it differently.
