First, no idea.  But I have found in my readings that you can also turn "Route Reflectors", RR,  to eliminate the need for the fully meshed.  The formula to fully mesh n routers is n(n-1)/2.  For 10 routers that is
10(10-1)/2 equals 45 routes.  Somehow RR eliminate the need to specify all those routes.
