I think it's nothing wrong to offer the used book you have used for the
certs.
CLSC is still relevant up to some extent for BCMSN. I came from a poor
family, and I know how it is to buy expensives book for your certs. Though
I prefer to keep my book for futher refereces, but again if we sell the book
for futher study ( CCIE or other courses in CCNP ) that would be very wise
indeed.
