While I respect the opinion presented, I must point
out that Cisco has responded to enterprise customers'
disappointments with CCIE (primarily R/S) who charge a
lot and know little that helps them - hence the CCIE
Design track, amongst others. For those who have taken
the CCIE lab I think you'll find that most feel that
the relationship between the two day lab and the
real-world is disparate.
