The most problem with slow Sattelite Internet Service is a delivery of ACK
packet
within TCP connection. If the sender receive no ACK within a period of time
then it goes
to "slow-start" phase to reduce the windowing. This is the most problem
caused by poor
sattelite links.

I believes there's one product outthere to spoof the TCP ACK
connection so the delivery of packet can be fastened.
