Never messed with the IGS but the CGS, MGS and AGS have done a real good job
for me. Make sure the main processor board is a CSC/4 and has 16Mb of RAM.
Other than that, your pretty safe. You can always netboot off of a tftp
server if you need a newer version of code.

You might be able to do that with an IGS, but I don't have any experience
with it so maybe someone else can post the details on what to look for on
those.
