I love it when someone sends a useless whining message
complaining about useless and winning messages on the list.
I am open to suggestions as to how to make the list
better. Remember, we have over 10k people reading the list. With
that many people you are going to have questions asked over and over and the
typical ridiculous messages. That noise is always present in a list of
this size. But there are some things I am trying to do to limit the
"noise".
First, the list is available as a newsfeed. So there is
no reason to receive 100's of e-mail messages and complain about it.
Simply read from the newsfeed and do not download the threads you find less
interesting.
Second, I created another list just for CCNA/CCDA
candidates. This list is also available as a web page so you do not even
need an e-mail/news client. this should limit the traffic on the Cisco
list.
Third, we will eventually have web capability for this
list. So you can read what you want through the web.
Fourth, use your delete key!
I am open to any other suggestions. Just make sure the
suggestion can be implemented with no budget and limited time.
