Thanks for your interest. I normally access the admin port with
browsers, Internet explorer 5.0 or Netscape 3.0. After adding a new user, and
after editing the problematic new user account and I click submit, the
system will appear to freeze and come back in another 5 to 10 minutes that
it cannot display the page. However, for some other account like the one in
the previous example it will just go in a jiffy.

What error did you get when you tried to create the user? If I am not
mistaken, there is only and add/edit button for user manipulation. If the
user does not exist it is created and if it does the user configuration
window is opened.

Please post the error you are receiving.

Subject: Problem with CiscoSecure ACS v2.3 for NT

Hi guys,
Please could somebody help me out on this :
I have CiscoSecure ACS V2.3 using Windows NT 4.0 domain authentication
running on an NT Server and another server for backup. It works okay except
that it refuses the creation of some user accounts.
For example I wanted to create an account "phtmi2" but could not until I
changed it to "phtmi0". I checked that no such account exists in all the
groups. I cannot really explain it. I keep getting into the same problem now
and then.
Please who can help ? I wonder if anybody else has bumped into this
kind of queer problem. Thanks in advance.
