The router detecting the change sends the LSU to the DR and BDR via a
multicast to 204.0.0.6. The DR will 'flood' the information back to all
DROTHERS using multicast address 224.0.0.5.

I understand that the DR sends the link state update to all adjacent OSPF
routers. Essentially flooding the network.
The router that detected the change to the link state directly sends the LSU
to the DR and BDR.
