Hi Group,
I just finished the Routing 2.0 exam with a score of 850.The required score
is 690.There were 61 questions.
The materials used:
Routing TCP/IP - Doyle (No comparisions)
Internet Routing Architechture - Basam Halabi (Gives the understanding far
beyond the exam lines).
ACRC - Cisco Press book
Cramsession PDF - Posted by some friend in group some days before (Really
good-go to www.getCCNP.com ).
BGP Paper from CCO - After all nobody can explain cisco things better than
cisco themselves.
& ofcourse Boson Routing 2.0 exam 1 - Gem is the one word to describe it.
And for those who are scheduled or studying for that:
1)There is a lots and lots of BGP but nothing that is not covered by the CCO
BGP paper.
If you understand and learn from that BGP is down ( atleast for the exam.).
2)Equal share for OSPF as well as this also had lots of questions.
3)Know how to identify different types of routes and know how to find the
next hop from the route table (by weight,localpre.. etc.).
4)Eigrp had some questions mostly commands.where you will asked to type the
command number from a list displayed.
So, that is all buddies, 3 more to go.
