You da man Paul, Thanks for the difinitive answer!
We are actually going to ship out a replacement router and push the config
onto the new one. Then we will attempt to reload the IOS on the problem one
later. The only access we have right now to that router is OOB dial-in and
the last thing we want to do is to be reloading the IOS and our connection
drop.
